Shadow Path uygulamasında oluşturduğunuz hesabı ve ilişkili verilerinizi aşağıdaki yöntemlerle silebilirsiniz.

Silinen veriler

Hesap silindiğinde şunlar kalıcı olarak kaldırılır:

Firebase hesabınız (misafir, Google veya Apple oturumu)
Kullanıcı adınız
Liderlik tablosu kayıtlarınız (yıldız ve süre skorları)
Bulutta senkronize oyun ilerlemeniz
Oyuncu istatistikleri (elmas, reklam sayıları vb.)

Silinmeyebilecek / saklanabilecek veriler

Google Play / App Store satın alma kayıtları (mağaza sağlayıcısında yasal süre boyunca kalabilir)
Anonimleştirilmiş analitik veya güvenlik günlükleri (kimliksiz)
Geçmiş satın alma günlük kayıtları (yalnızca yönetim amaçlı, kişisel veri içermez)

Yöntem 1 — Uygulama içinden (önerilen)

Shadow Path uygulamasını açın.
Ayarlar ekranına gidin.
Hesap bölümünde Hesabı sil düğmesine dokunun.
Onay penceresinde Sil deyin.

İşlem tamamlandığında hesabınız ve bulut verileriniz silinir; yeni bir misafir oturumu başlar. Ek bir bekleme süresi yoktur.

Google veya Apple ile giriş yaptıysanız ve silme başarısız olursa, güvenlik nedeniyle önce çıkış yapıp tekrar giriş yaptıktan sonra Hesabı sil adımını tekrarlayın.

Yöntem 2 — E-posta ile (uygulamaya erişemiyorsanız)

Uygulamaya erişemiyorsanız veya uygulama içi silme çalışmıyorsa:

Yanıt süresi: En geç 30 gün içinde işleme alınır.

Uygulamayı kaldırmak

Cihazınızdan uygulamayı silmek yalnızca yerel verileri (ayarlar, önbellek) kaldırır. Sunucudaki hesap ve liderlik tablosu kayıtları otomatik silinmez. Bulut verilerinizi silmek için yukarıdaki Yöntem 1 veya Yöntem 2'yi kullanın.

Account & Data Deletion

You can delete your Shadow Path account and associated data using the methods below.

Deleted data

When your account is deleted, the following are permanently removed:

Your Firebase account (guest, Google, or Apple session)
Your username
Your leaderboard records (star and time scores)
Cloud-synced game progress
Player statistics (diamonds, ad counts, etc.)

Data that may be retained

Google Play / App Store purchase records (may be kept by the store provider for the legally required period)
Anonymized analytics or security logs (non-identifiable)
Historical purchase log entries (admin purposes only, no personal data)

Method 1 — In the app (recommended)

Open the Shadow Path app.
Go to Settings.
Under Account, tap Delete account.
Confirm by tapping Delete.

Your account and cloud data are deleted immediately. A new guest session starts. No waiting period.

If you signed in with Google or Apple and deletion fails, sign out, sign in again, then retry Delete account.

Method 2 — By email (if you cannot access the app)

If you cannot access the app or in-app deletion does not work:

Include your account email (if used), username, and state that you want your account and all data deleted.
We process requests within 30 days.

Uninstalling the app

Removing the app from your device deletes local data only. Server-side account and leaderboard data are not removed automatically. Use Method 1 or Method 2 above to delete cloud data.
