These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the mobile game Shadow Path: Memory Maze (“App”) published by Middlecore (“we”, “us”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms and to Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement where applicable: Apple Standard EULA.

2. License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on devices you own or control, in accordance with the App Store / Google Play terms and these Terms.
3. Auto-renewable subscriptions
The App may offer auto-renewable subscriptions (for example Premium Monthly and Remove Ads). Subscription details shown in the App and store include title, length, and price.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID / Google account at confirmation of purchase.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your device account settings (App Store / Google Play subscriptions).
- Any unused portion of a free trial, if offered, is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
4. Consumable purchases
Diamond packs are consumable in-app purchases. Once delivered, they are generally non-refundable except where required by applicable law or store policies.
5. Ads and tracking
The free version may show ads (including AdMob). On iOS, personalized ads may require App Tracking Transparency permission. See our Privacy Policy.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to cheat, reverse engineer, abuse online services, or use the App in any unlawful way.
7. Disclaimer
The App is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
